Strange minidump location - c:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG

The Watchdog dump location should contain mostly 0x117 dumps.

Why mini-kernel BSOD dumps are ending up in there - unknown.

Are they definitely BSOD dumps -- or do they contain WD- in the filename ?

Code:
C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG\[COLOR="#FF0000"]WD-[/COLOR]20111016-2028.dmp

My system:

 Volume in drive C is Windows7 x64
 Volume Serial Number is 289F-AF69
