hey, computer is 1yo now and ive been having this latency since i got it, every 10-30 mins the audio is dropping and the pc is freezing with it, pc is freezing sometime without audio lag (for like 3 seconds each time)
its a driver problem but i have no clue what to do. these are some picture that might help investigate what the problem is.

Hi!

Check "device manager", click "standard sata ahci controller", switch from "general" tab to "driver" tab: if the "driver provider" is AMD, click "update driver" button, click "search automatically for drivers" and it should choose the microsoft driver for it.
Reboot.

hey, thanks for trying to help :), what if i dont see an option that says standard sata ahci controller ?

What do you see?
Did you set your PC/bios as ide or raid?

EDIT:
Maybe you see "AMD sata controller".
Re-try: open "device manager", click "AMD sata controller", switch from "general" tab to "driver" tab, click "update driver" button, click "search automatically for drivers" and it should choose the microsoft driver for it.
Reboot.

all of these say ''Windows has determined that the best drivers for this device is already installed"
what shall i do next?

I'd try to manually substitute the two amd sata controllers with the standard sata ahci controller.
But before you do it, I strongly suggest you get your precautions: system image (full or partial, i.e. the minimum partitions needed), backup your important files and a system restore point.

hey, created a restore point and switched both my amd sata to standard sata and tried a latency test, here are the results:

1) Find your pci string in "Device manager, Sound, Video and game controllers", "High Definition Audio Device", properties, details tab, Property: Parent, Value: Your-PCIString

realtekpci.png

2) Open regedit and "navigate" here: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\Your-PCIString\Device Parameters\Interrupt Management\MessageSignaledInterruptProperties

Obviously, you have to substitute the letters "Your-PCIString", in the above path, with the pci string you found at point one.

3) Change the MSISupported value, from 0 to 1. If it doesn't exist, create a new dword (32-bit value), name it MSISupported, give it 1 as value.

so far so good ill let you know whats up, gonna test it for 40more mins . also ty so much for the help ive been struggling with the problem for a year now and have around 50 hours of researching how to solve it

Video driver version 26.20.15029.27017 seems to be Radeon Software "Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.2", released in April-May 2020.
There's an "Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.9.2" dated 29 Sep. 2020: https://www.amd.com/en/support/grap...d-radeon-rx-5700-series/amd-radeon-rx-5700-xt

Your network driver E1R68X64.SYS has got version 12.18.9.6.
It seems there's a more recent one, 12.18.11.1: Download Intel® Network Adapter Driver for Windows® 10

There are also two new bios versions for your motherboard.
Currently, you have "installed" version 5406.
There are 5601 and 5603, and they say:
Read More:
You can see 5601 fixed a DP sound issue.
It should be a DisplayPort issue.
And if I'm not wrong, you are using a displayport.
Therefore, you could try to update the BIOS to the latest version and, hopefully, things will improve again.
I would not use the EZ UPDATE method (because it will be done inside windows... Given that your system seems to be stable, you could try it).
I would prefer the EZ FLASH 3 method.
Make sure to don't update the BIOS during a storm (thunderstorm, rainstorm) and (if possible) that power from the mains won't go away - won't be interrupted.
DO NOT SHUTDOWN and DO NOT RESET the system while updating the BIOS.
