What do you mean by including Windows 7 here if you are running Windows 10?

Please provide a screenshot of Disk Management so we can see disk set up and space amounts.

Procedure: Press WIN key; type or paste diskmgmt.msc into the Search box; select Disk Management; the Disk Management screen should appear; click on middle button (top-right of screen) to maximize the Disk Management screen; use Snipping Tool (WIN key; type snip - select Snipping Tool) to take a screenshot of the entire window/screen; paste (CTRL-V) the screenshot into your next post

Also, please run - Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 + Vista

Steps 1, 2 and 3 only. For step 3, DO NOT create a new thread. Instead, attach the output zip file to your next post in this thread.

Do not be concerned about seeing "BSOD" in the instructions. The app generates about 30 system related files and is used as a general troubleshooting tool. For the most part, I am after the Event Viewer logs, so please attempt the back-up again just prior to running the app so I'll know that the back-up app Event Viewer log entries will be near the top of the EVTX Application and/or System files. Thank you.

He's using windows 7 backup and restore, in windows 10:
Thanks; not running Windows 10, I did not know that this was possible. (I'm still running W8.1).

But. . . Why not use Windows 10 Backup and Restore instead of Windows 7 B&R?

Thanks. . .
