[SOLVED] STATUS_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING error during install of KB4530684

Hi there,

I have a new laptop from Dell, but i'm unable to install the KB4530684 update. It gives a STATUS_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING error in CBS log, but not sure what to do now....

In the end I found the problem. It was a faulty package which I found using de DISM tool. Uninstalled it, then I was able to run Windows Update again :)
