Recently,I use the display driver provided by AMD Radeon Software rather than Windows Update's display driver as the latter driver is causing video stuttering in Microsoft Edge.But now the laptop will turn blank during startup sometimes,so i need to force restart with the power button but this may fail and I need to hard restart several times.But in the reliability history it gives hardware error besides the AMD software error.
Please have a look at these reports I saved.(I am wondering is it related to the BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation that is pestering many 14ARB7 laptop owners as sometimes it will say watchdog.temp something similar reliability history even though I never see the BSOD screen at all or experience it when I am using my laptop)
I had try DISM,SFC and chkdsk without any errors or repair performed as well as reinstall my display driver.
