Ok, I don’t know where to put this, since I’m not sure if it’s a windows update related issue but I’ll paste what I said here in another thread

“I don’t know if this is a cause for concern, because I couldn’t tell it had stopped working and only found out when I checked the reliability monitor, but for some Eason start menu experience has been crashing.
It’s also been showing me that windowsupdate (svchost.exe_wuauserv) has been crashing since the latest windows update.
No idea what this could be since I’ve been keeping everything up to date, and haven’t had any other problems.
Maybe it’s because I’ve not been active on the computer (it’s been once a week I’ve turned it on until Friday or Saturday)
I’ve also not downloaded a thing except automatic updates for software I’ve had installed (Malwarebytes, steam, windows services, etc)”

Other things have been messing up too. Windows update once again crashed like I described in that last post, and when trying to download the newest security intelligence update (version 1.411.439.0) it’s stuck on downloading or installing, but it says it’s been installed under the windows security menu?
After restarting once the windows defender security window just wouldn’t open, and after the second restart the windows update screen it flickered between downloading and installing multiple times, and it alarmed me.
After that I think it downloaded correctly, but I had no idea what was going on. Haven’t been on the PC since then since I was waiting until I was free to make this post.

No idea if the last cumulative update caused this or not, so apologies if this turns out I posted this in the wrong place.

I forgot to add pictures, I’m sorry

Wondering if it’d be okay to update windows since I’ve not had my PC on since last week on Sunday (startmenuexperience also crashed that time too)

I’ve updated again, and I think startmenu experience is still crashing, but I’m not sure. No idea what’s going on.
Also was wondering if that global outage is affecting personal PC’s too

I haven’t turned on my pc since last week, so I turned it on now to update but had to restart three times in order for the updates to install.
The first time the three updates wouldn’t download, so I restarted and two of them immediately downloaded after that?
I had to restart again because the cumulative update wouldn’t download or install, and it was worrying me. After a second restart, I think it worked fine, but it while it was installing it’d jump from 0 - 100 % quickly then go back to 0 and install slowly.
After it updated and restarted my windows update apparently stopped working and it was hung on the searching for updates screen so I had to restart.

After that it seemed to work fine, but I’m not sure if anything is broken. I was going to update Firefox but I didn’t know if I should at this time (I updated Malwarebytes accidentally since I was wanting to check for definition updates but there was apparently a version update)

This is what my reliability monitor looked like.
I’ve turned off my PC for now since I need to leave soon.
