I ran a program called adsfix because of a PUP/Malware that I scanned and removed. I'm running Windows 10 and Malware-bytes anti-exploit so I don't think there's any more problem with malware. Unfortunatley the adsfix seemed to corrupt Windows so Start Menu and clicking on Time/Date don't work. Right clicking menu works. sfc /scannow don't work and dism repair don't work.

Here's my CBS log.

I extracted the Windows folder from the install.vim file to a harddrive with 7zip and then ran the dism command:

C:\Windows\system32>dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:E:\Temp\WIM\Windows
