Im not sure if im posting this in the correct place if not i apologise as im a new user.. In any case ive an acer aspire 7741g laptop , long story short is that i ran sfc/scannow and though corruptions are being seen ,when i try to repair the command lines from sfc fix ,it doesnt find any corruptions at all.. Although i dont understand a great deal of what the logs are telling me ,i can see there are many corruptions 168 i believe.. "granted i could be misinteurpreting the log as in truth i undersand little of what im viewing Im aware that one remedy is for me to try to repair this os via a windowsinstallation cd, Unfortunatley i dont have one and didnt get one with this pc "bought second hand" Also i need to repair the corruptions in such a way that i keep all programs and docs etc so me just reinstalling the os is a no no! Ive read some threads regarding similar problems from other users and noticed them posting the log and some kind genius boffin helping them with a fix....Not sure if ive attached the log correctly but if indeed somebody could/would help me out id be extremely grtatefull , thanx in advance..........
