Hi,

I apologise in advance because I don't know how to post new threads yet, but I was browsing forums looking for almost the exact same problem, as I have a problem starting up a game. My logs were the same (corrupted processor_architecture_amd64), and I followed the solution until my second scan revealed 7 more corrupted files, two of which are named netathrx and prncache.
Shall I post a new thread or simply send you the logs on this? I don't know if this will affect jjt247 or not (First forum account)...

I hope this isn't too inconvenient!

This might be a little annoying for you to hear (or a relief), but I finished installing Windows 8.1 overnight, as well as a DISM /restorehealth scan and now my problems are (probably temporarily) gone. But thanks for the consideration, and good luck with the 39 other threads/Uni! :)

Hello Teller3, welcome to Sysnative!

Sorry for the delay, it's a busy time for all of us right now, with exams fast approaching.

It's really good to hear the problems have disappeared, and great job for fixing this yourself! Just to double check everything is sorted, and problems won't spring up in a few week's time, I would like to have one last look at the logs if you don't mind?

Export CBS folder

  1. Click the Start button
    StartButton_16x16.gif
    then click Computer.
  2. Double-click on the C: drive, under the Hard Disk Drives category, and then scroll down to, and double click on the Windows folder.
  3. Find and double click on the Logs folder.
  4. Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy.
  5. Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS.
  6. Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
  7. A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created.

Attach CBS.zip to your next post please!

Tom
