Hi guys,

so just recently my PC has been stuttering in audio every few minutes... not much of a big deal but it's annoying the hell out of me and seems to be getting worse and worse.

I ran the Latency Monitor it shows hard page faults in chrome.exe, because this browser is a POS....

I ran through another thread steps to see what the problem might be and when I run : the command to capture packets, it would say If you see a red error "xperf: error: NT Kernel Logger: Cannot create a file when that file already exists. (0xb7)", please do the following (otherwise, proceed to the step #5):

After trying everything this error relates to NZXT Cam Software for CPU fan monitoring and controls LED lights in your case. I closed this crappy app and then it worked. It took a few minutes but then i got the buzzing stutter noise, a few times....

I uploaded the CPU file to One Drive, even though I don't use one drive because it sucks, hopefully this sharing link works ok....

I have the kernel one too, do i need to attach that? can anyone tell me what the issue is? I've updated drivers, bios, nothing is fixing things... I'm almost certain it has to be one of the later windows 10 updates that's recently happened because this hasn't been happening for too long. Maybe a few weeks if that.

thanks
