I have a problem with a Chinese / Japanese font(?). Something broke that it does not display correctly in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Brave).
Problem comments font
and problem Title/Filename and asian letters
 
To restore default font settings in Windows, go to Control Panel --> Appearance and Personalization --> Fonts.

On the left, click on the link Font settings.

On the next page, click on the button 'Restore default font settings'.
