Some update files are missing or have problems 0x8007000d

hi, nice place you got here!
I'm trying my best but I still hope I'm not failing at any rule of this forum.
Since many months (4+, maybe 9) I'm failing at getting some update from Microsoft.
Now I'm getting tired of this, and also afraid my system may not be safe anymore.
From my memory, the failing update number changes every month.



No matter how many time I retry, it comes back to this point.
I've followed all the steps you suggest before creating this thread, SFC and SFCFix are all-good.
Now I'm at step 6, and linking you my cbs log:

maybe not relevant: i tried the "media creation tool" card, to no avail because it wants me to wipe everything (other options disabled)
