Some files are corrupted on my windows

Hello...im new here not sure if im posting it in the right discussion,but i have some errors on my pc when i scan it with (cmd) nfc/scan.... and it cant be fixed....also i have tried a program called SFCfix and also no succes still some data is corrupted...it suggested me this site to contact support....left me i file....so idk really if i should attach it here....?:noidea:
