Software Installation Error

Hi,
I've never had problems installing software of any kind.
From some time now with some specific software installers the process of installation fails when it tries to
register itself in the uninstall section of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
It happens only on my Win10 machine. I tried on some VMs running Windows 7 and everything works.

I already tried completely disabling the antivirus, running the installer as administrator, running a full chek on the registry and the system but no results.
Attached is a snapshot of the error. What else should I check ?

Hi,
problem solved. There was a problem with Windows Update and 1809 was not installed.
After fixing it using window troubleshooting feature and performing the update everything now is working.
