Slow Windows 7

I am using a Dell N5110 Laptop
Windows 7 Home Premium
Service Pack 1
64 bit

My laptop has been running very slow for a few weeks. I have run Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner and CCleaner. I have just run perfmon and it tells me:
