Hey i have a bad problem :( Today i decided to clean my PC a little using ccleaner, advanced system care and eusing free registry cleaner. Then i also updated my GPU driver to the latest and... from 240 fps i always had in game now i have 10-50. Everything is extremely slow and laggy, i got sluttering, even browser is slow, youtube videos are laggy + freezing.

So i reinstalled the driver but still the same. Then i did clean install and tried older drivers. Nothing. Then i used Display Driver Uninstaller in safe mode and tried installing the latest driver but it stops with a failure message. I managed to install older driver from March but still i have extremely low fps, lags and everything is slow.

Win 8.1
gtx 1050 2GB nvidia
8GB RAM
i5-3450s

I have no idea what the hell happened but i'm a bit scared. Everything was so fast and smooth until today. I hope you guys have some ideas, i'll be grateful for any help.

Can't edit that post above but.. i had cpu temps above 100C for a moment in game... I can't believie it. Idle are 70C!. I always had MAX 79C in most stress game i never had higher. What the hell happened? Until today everything was fine, was even more hot outside and i was playing fine.

I wasn't even looking inside my PC since 1 month. About 1 month ago i cleaned it with air inside and changed thermal paste. Was working fine till today. It's not even that hot today like in last days and i have 30% higher temps now than the highest i ever had. I don't get it :( But i dropped something really heavy on the ground next to my PC today and it restarded by itself. Could this do something bad?

Wow, 30C idle, 60C now ingame! :) I think that impact could unhook my cooler a bit because one side was very loose. I also applied fresh thermal paste. I have my nice high fps ingame again :) I got a lesson, have to check temps more often and look inside my PC from time to time. Thank you so much :)
