Skype has stopped working

Hi

When i start Skype, "skype has stopped working "

exception code: 0xc06d007e
incorrect application path:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\lync.exe
faulty module path : C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

i try this solution but my computer not skype folder?

1. n the “Open” window, type the “%appdata%” message, without quotes. Press the “Enter” key;
2. A “Windows File Explorer” window will pop up. Locate the folder named “Skype”;
3. Rename this folder. Right click on the folder and select the “Rename” feature. For example, rename the “Skype” folder with “Skype_old”;

i try skpye uninstall and reinstall but it wasnt not

Try the following:

1. Please right click the Windows icon and open the Run bar.
2. Then type in: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync
3. Delete the sip profile folder.
4. Go into the Tracing folder, delete all files, but not the folders.
