Simple question, First time unplugging backup D:/ drive for fresh Windows reinstall on C:/

I got this PC pre-assembled and I'm not sure what's plugged in where. I included a picture of the WD Blue SSD just to make it clear I know that's my C:/ drive. The HDD, Seagate Barracuda, is in the middle of three sections arranged vertically in the back, which from the side are concealed behind the motherboard. Drawing a line from where I can see the HDD in the back to the area visible (from the side) towards the front, I can see two different cables coming out and hooking into the motherboard.

I'm assuming I just need to turn the PC off and unhook one of these?

Just showing the SDD I'm reinstalling Windows on

Two cables coming out from in front of where the HDD shown below is, hooking in just in front of the RAM.

Is the PC up and running as in, can you boot into the OS?

If so, hit start, type disk management and hit enter.

Drag the windows down so that everything shows and take a screenshot and upload it here.

Download and run Speccy then publish.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

If you don't want to do these things then take the cover off before taking the pics. I can't see anything for the reflections in the glass.

The only thing I was really trying to show in the photos is this section:

Because these are the only two cables coming out of the front side of the compartment hidden behind my motherboard where the HDD I need to disconnect (so I can reinstall Windows on the SSD) is.

The other photos were just to show that I know where my SSD is and where the HDD is. To my knowledge, the cable I need to disconnect has to be one of the two pictured coming into the motherboard from the compartment hidden behind the motherboard, shown here.

Thank you!

Last thing before I'm ready...

I think I realized why I thought I had two HDD/s. Because I've always thought I had three total drives on this PC.

I might actually have two SSDs. But I'm a little confused, because I only see the one screwed into the motherboard.

My receipt says this:
HD-204-610 1TB WD BLUE SN550 SERIES PCIE NVME M.2 SSD 2 27.50 55.00
HD-403-210 2TB SEAGATE HDD 3.5" SATAIII 7200RPM 6.0 GB/s 256MB C 1 46.00 46.00

And device manager says this:

I would need to disconnect any SSDs before performing a fresh install of Windows on C:/ too, right?
