Silverlight and .NET problems, error codes 64C and 643.

OK, so I was brought here by NoelDP, a expert on Windows updates in SevenForums.

So the problem is this:

I am having problems with Silverlight and .NET Framework.

Error codes are : 643 and 64C.
First thread: When I click check for updates, it says that I need to restart.
I tried to uninstall Silverlight; failed with error code 2635. Install failed with 1603 code.

Also, when I click the Start button, it shows update symbol near the shutdown button. It also increases my shutdown time by installing failed updates. Is there any way to solve this?

NoelDP looked at my files and didn't find anything that could cause a problem here. He said that here I would solve this problem.
