Long story short, i've been experiencing heavy DPC lat problem for a last year. Since i've upgraded to Win10 it only has been appearing as fps/sound shutters in games and BSODs during using multimedia (chrome Twitch streams at most), so casual sound shutters while listening to music were gone. BSODs dont even come as blue screens, the image just shutters as it was in the moment of the lag and sound clutches. BIOS version is thenewest according to ASUS website (Bios 203)
Sometimes things get better for a certain period of time, it all seems kinda random. I havent run any hardware diagnostics.
Would be grateful for any help.

P.S. I've run some LatencyMon tests, they show that the problem now probably is dxgkrnl.sys DirectX Graphics Kernel, screenshots :
