[SOLVED] Shadow Copy - Error 8230 and 513

Hi there.

I have an Windows Server 2016 Standard.

After an Windows Update I have an error in Shadow Copy.

I tried to found a solution over the internet with no success.

Could someone help me with this issue?

ERROR 1:

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Failed to resolve Administrator account with status 1376. Check connection to domain controller and registry key VssAccessControl.

Operation:
Get recorders status
Performing Asynchronous Operation

Context:
Current Status: GatherWriterStatus

Specific error details:
Error: NetLocalGroupGetMemebers(Administrator), 0x80070560, The specified local group does not exist.
But the group exist, I created manualy.



ERROR 2:


Cryptography Services failed to process OnIdentity() call on System Writer Object..

Details:
AddLegacyDriverFiles: Unable to back up image of binary Protocol Microsoft LLDP.

System Error:
Access denied.

Go to this Microsoft page: Event ID 513 when running VSS in Windows Server - Windows Server. Expand Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) which is in the left hand column. Choose all the solutions that appear to apply to your problem. There are many codes to run from the elevated Command Prompt recommended on the internet, but if you're tempted, make sure you have a good copy of a System Image and needed files separately.

I tryed, not working.

I did it 2 times, reboot server, with the same error.

When you said "it", I think you were running the "502" solution. That was just to get you to that page. Reread my Post #2 suggestion re left column VSS on webpage. Expand for 14 possible solutions.
