sfr log issues

Hello, My computer has recently exhibited two separate issues: Largish Excel workbooks taking up to 6 hours to perform calculations from complex formulas or to save a large .xlsx file and also connectivity issues (wigig connections to wifi and wireless docking station). Dell tech had me run the System File Check in the Command Prompt.
I got this result:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.

i saw a post in a forum which indicated a solution, but which directed anyone reading that string to post a new issue.

I just found and followed the instructions for the SFCFix app. Thanks!

Please see attached results. The app was able to fix some of the issues. The app asked for Win 8.1 DVD which I do not currently have (getting later today, I hope, from Dell)

I should receive a new Windows 8.1 DVD later today from Dell, and can run the app again once I have it.

These two files are incorrectly marked as corrupt by SFC and can be ignored, it shouldn't cause any problems.

Are you able to install Windows Updates without issue?
