SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 keeps crashing - Windows 10/amd64 build - Help?

Sfcfix seems to crash anytime i try to run it. Here's my error.

SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.

Not using a script file.

Also attached is my CBS.log, and SFCfix.txt files.

Any help is appreciated, and anything else I need to provide to help solve this problem, please let me know.

Also tried to do a "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" command in command prompt and was given an Error: 0x800f081f message as well.
Included the code and attached the dism.log, just in case.

Error: 0x800f081f

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
