SFCFIX seems to be hung

Hello everybody,

Hello! I am 13 years old and I am trying to troubleshoot a computer and have tried running the following and nothing has worked it just keeps getting hung, at least I think it is in my opinion. I downloaded the sfcfix from SFCFix Official Download - Repair Windows Update in hopes this may help but it has been over an hour now and I am still at the "Image version: 10.0.19044.1586" part of it. I am not sure what all information you guys would need to help me begin troubleshooting. Much help and guidance are very appreciated.

sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
 
How much time are you giving it before stopping it? I had to let one of mine run overnight, it's rare but it does happen.

Are you getting any error messages?
 
No error messages just stays at the same spot. I will let it run for most of the day today and see what happens. will keep this post updated. thank you
