Tonight, as advised by a MS Forum expert, I reran the SFC and then ran the fix tool for which he gave me the link. Upon completion, I was instructed to insert the Windows DVD or if I didn't have one (I don't) to just press any key, which is what I did. Here is the report that was generated:. I hope I can get some help to fix the corrupted file.
