S Sysnative Windows Update Inactive Joined Oct 9, 2014 Posts 741 Aug 20, 2019 #2 Hello! If you right-click SFCFix.exe and select properties, then click unblock down at the Security section and click OK, does the tool still crash? Also, it appears that you have not attached the CBS.log correctly.
