Hi Alex,
I am afraid with a system that has that many corruptions it is not possible to fix. In order to fix this I would recommend doing a fresh reinstall of Windows. You can try and do a repair install of Windows, but with this much damage a fresh install will most likely be needed.
But another thing that is important to ask, is why are all this corruptions appeared in the first place, this many corruptions can often be a sign of mailing hardware.

SeaTools HDD Diagnostics. Run a Long test and a Short test, then report back the results to this thread.
chkdsk /f scan

- Right click on the Start button and select Run as administrator
- When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each
chkdsk /f
- Reboot
- Download ListChkdskResult.exe (by SleepyDude) from Here
- Double click on it to run it. It will take a few seconds to scan, then it will open a Notepad window with the log. Copy and paste the contents of this into your next post please!
