I've been having some issues with audio playback not working lately, requiring a reboot, and in my many searches on how to fix it I came across a suggestion to run sfc/ scannow to see if there were any sfc corruptions. While I was running the scannow I realized that the audio issue is resolved when I exit google chrome and NOT when I restart as originally suspected and is therefore not likely to be related to any sfc problems. However, when the scannow finished it informed me that there were corruptions which it was unable to fix.

Now, I have no idea what problems these were causing, but I decided to fix them anyway-- I use my computer quite a bit and would prefer to keep it running well and not ignore the corruptions. As per the instructions here, I ran SFCFix and have attached the log which was output below. While it was able to fix one corruption it couldn't do anything for another corruption. During the process I was unable to find a Windows DVD, and as a result I had to take the other route to fixing things and I am not sure if this had an effect on the outcome. The zipped CBS file won't upload at the moment and will follow shortly.

Thanks in advance!

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. The two telemetry items are a known issue and can safely be ignored. They don't affect the function of your machine. More info on that is below.

This update contains the following two manifests that are occasionally updated by the Diagnostic Tracking Service:

telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
utc.app.json

The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or corruption on a device that is running this update, and this issue will be fixed in a later service update.

Welp, that's only a little embarrassing. I guess my googling skills aren't up to par. Thank you so much!
