About update 2.5, here is what I got:
"Test #","Type","Status","% Completed","Lifetime hours","LBA of the first error"
1,"Extended offline","Completed without error","100%","311","-"

What does the attributes tab say in GSmart Control when you run it? Is there anything in red or pink?

No, just random stuff. Nothing has ever failed, the norm-ed value is 100 on all, worst is 100 and threshold is 50 on all once again. Except bad block count. It says "Pre-failure" on the type; other than old age, which is on all except bad block count. (I had to edit this so many times)

Upgrade the machine to Windows 10:

  1. Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link.
  2. Accept the License Agreement
  3. Download the ISO file to your desktop.
  4. Double-click on the ISO and then run the setup to try and upgrade your machine.

We want to get the ISO so that you don't have to keep downloading which can take hours.

"Download Windows 10"? I'm not really trying to get a new Windows, just trying to fix this SURT file problem I have. If downloading Windows 10 is the only way, I would gladly prefer getting a BSOD every 20 minutes.
