Thank you for reaching out. The problem has been resolved. I am pretty confident it will happen again within 4-6 months as I think I have found the "offending" program that caused the issue. I will know for certain if I am correct when I need to update the program this summer. But again, thanks for taking the time to send me your message. I do appreciate it.

Hi,

Thank You for the update. By the way just in case you didn't know Microsoft ended the support for Windows 7 (no more security updates, etc.) and is recommended to replace the Operating System with a newer OS...
