Can someone share some ideas how to troubleshoot these corrupt files. I did everything as instructed from SFCFix.exe while running it.

At creating perfmon report an error window poped up stating: An error occured while attempting to generate the report. The operator or administrator has refused the request.
However I did some googling and found out that the report still gets created but I wasn't sure which exact file represents the report on my PC. At creating the perfmon report a whole new folder is created containing 39 files. I compressed all the folder (perfmon report.rar) since I don't know which files you might need.

I also attached SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip.

Kindest regards,

Marjan

I kindly ask of admins to remove this thread since the problem has been solved. I run sfc /scannow in safe mode and it was able to repair corruptions normal mode obviously wasn't allowing. After that I run SFCFix.exe and it was able to repair what ever it was irreparable before.

Kindest regards
