[SOLVED] SFCfix ended with corruptions that could not be fixed automatically, need help!

Having issues with Windows Update. sfc /scannow found uncorrectable issues and sfcfix found this:

The situation seemed hopeless until I found this: https://www.winhelp.us/non-destructive-reinstall-of-windows-8-and-8-1.html

I re-installed the OS, all updates applied successfully, and my PC was 98% unchanged, a few tweaks to get it back to the way I like it. Didn't have to reinstall all my apps, etc. This was a great find. Plus, I didn't even have to go through Windows activation, my PC stayed activated (as it should).

Are any corruptions being detected still, within SFC?

Also is this for the same computer as your other thread?

sfc no longer reports any integrity violations.

This is the same computer as the other thread with one exception, at the suggestion of another person, I system restored to an earlier date before KB3000850's first install attempt. That made matters worse, KB3000850 still wouldn't complete and sfc started to fail to the point where sfcfix.exe could not correct.

The non-destructive OS install cured everything with little pain!
