sfcFix --encountered an unhandled exception-- while prepping log file re Winows 10 --cannot repair-- issue. What do I do now?

Ran sfc /scannow and found many "cannot repair" issues.

Began to process a log file according to instructions in order to get some help and..... while running sfcfix received a "something horribly wrong" message followed by a text file saying SFCFIX "encountered an unhandled exception.

What do I do now?
