SFCFIX does not work

Good afternoon from Spain. I have performed the steps recommended Aura with SFCFIX.exe by niemiro + SFC.zip (SFCFIX.txt attached) but the problem remains. Corrupted files "telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json" and "utc.app.json". I have the same problem in two laptop.
My system is Windows 8.1 opreativo pro 64.

Since you mentionned my name, I guess I'll take care of your issue. These files are not in fact corrupt, SFC falsely reports them as such. Microsoft is aware of this issue and even mentionned it in the two updates they released for these files.

This update contains the following two manifests that are occasionally updated by the Diagnostic Tracking Service:
telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
utc.app.json
The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or actual corruption on a device that is running this update, and this issue will be fixed in a later service update.

This being said, these files won't pose any issue to your system, so you can leave them as they are.
