sfcfix crashes

Hi,

I am having problems running sfcfix every time I run it just crashes I am using because sfc /scannow found corrupt files on the system but was unable to repair them.

Please can someone advise what troubleshooting is required to get sfcfix to run successfully and correct the corrupted system files.
