SFCFix crashes Windows Serv6er 2016

did sfc /scannow results errors that cannot be repaired
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth results the source files cannot be found
SFCfix runs through step 6 then crashes, something went horribly wrong message

[SOLVED] - SFC issues on Windows Server 2016 (Physical Host)

Then run SFC Scan and let me know if there are errors. If yes, attach CBS.log.
