SFCFix crashed, Win 10, Build 19043, amd64

Hello,

on my Lenovo ThinkPad I have hd errors.
chkdsk does not repair the errors.
I run sfc/scannow and then sfcfix. sfcfix chrashed.
I attached cbs.zip and SFCFix.txt.

What is wrong? Can you help?

If you're experiencing irreparable hard-disk errors then it strongly recommended that you back up any personal files and purchase a new hard-drive if possible. Unfortunately, any attempts to repair any corruption will result in more corruption further down the road.
