[SOLVED] SFCFix couldn't fix corrupted file

I ended up here after being referred to SFCfix for what originally seemed like a problem with KB3068708 and the .json files generated resulting in sfc errors. While it corrected those, it also found an error in srvnet.sys that I've been unable to resolve on my own.

So far, I've tracked the remaining problem down to KB3161561 from a month or two back. I've tried uninstalling the update, restarting, then reinstalling it, but this doesn't seem to be enough to repair the file. I've even attempted a repair upgrade with Windows 7 media, but that similarly fails to complete and I had to roll it back. The System Update Readiness Tool (KB947821) claims that everything is fine.

Log for my last run of SFCFix is as follows:

Code:
SFCFix version 42.32768.0.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2016-07-28 06:57:45.280
Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 - amd64

As one extra bit of information, sfc reports no integrity violations when KB3161561 is uninstalled. Once it's added again, though, I get the error and my Windows log starts filling up with errors.

As one final note, I fixed this myself. I created a virtual machine with a Windows 7 installation, patched it up to the same level, then manually overwrote the winsxs copy of srvnet.sys on my main machine with the copy from the virtual machine after taking ownership and granting myself write access. Please consider this resolved.
