Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

I will look into your problem.
Note: I'm currently in training so my posts will need to be approved by the Sysnative instructors.

Hi,

Step 1. Start SFCFix again.
Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the System File Checker.
  • Click the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, and press enter.
    Code:
    sfc /scannow
  • Take a screenshot of the commandprompt window and paste it into your next reply.

Thanks for your help. I'm still unable to install Windows 10 but I no longer have any corrupted files, so I guess that's not the issue.

Hi,

Download the
577bf0efb8088-FRST.png
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link

  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  • Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Hello,

I've attached my fix log. Some of the content says no file because I mistakenly ran the fixlist twice.

Hi,

Open the following directory: C:\FRST\Logs, here you can find the previous log Fixlog_Date Time.txt.
Pease attach this logfile to your next post.

Hi,

The FRST.txt log is incomplete, run the tool again and post the new FRST.txt logfile.

Are you still using LogMeIn Hamachi, the logfile indicates that this device is disabled.

Code:
Name: LogMeIn Hamachi Virtual Ethernet Adapter
Description: LogMeIn Hamachi Virtual Ethernet Adapter
Class Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Manufacturer: LogMeIn Inc.
Service: Hamachi
Problem: : This device is disabled. (Code 22)
Resolution: In Device Manager, click "Action", and then click "Enable Device". This starts the Enable Device wizard. Follow the instructions.

There is another error, do you know which device this could be?

1. Right click the startmenu and open the Device Manager.
2. Do you see any yellow exclamation marks, if yes. Select this device and copy the device status information to your next post.

Code:
Name: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
Description: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
Class Guid: {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}
Manufacturer: (Standard USB Host Controller)
Service:
Problem: : Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Resolution: One of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner. For more information about how to diagnose the problem, see the hardware documentation.

I don't use Hamachi anymore, so for the sake of diagnosing simplicity I uninstalled it. The Device Manager error from what I can tell is from a faulty USB port. I didn't use it for the scan I attached below, but I remove all USBs before attempting to install Windows 10 anyways.
