sfcfix -CORRUPT ir41_qc.dll and ir41_qcx.dll

Hello,

i have a notebook and get this after sfcfix.
I have installed the latest windows updates and the system works fine. But if they was a corruption it means not so fine / good...
How can i fix this entries?

SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro.
