....however, I don't know if Izzybee84 has checked or not but I do not have a MSDTC.LOG anywhere on my machine. There are registry entries indicating where it should be but it's not.
I started this quest having an issue with .NET 3/3.5 (I'm assuming) not being available for a certain program or incorrectly configured, and trying to disable this feature (same as uninstalling I'm told) in Windows 7 by using the Control Panel route, then (DISM /online /disable-feature /FeatureName:NetFx3) which led to an error: 1603 , Tweaking.com repair tool(s) ..SFC with errors, SFC (Run as Admin) same errors, and finally SFCFix.exe
Does MSDTC.LOG and the error I've got have anything to do with .NET 3/3.5 not turning off or have I taken a wrong turn somewhere and simply found an unrelated problem?
Thanx, Goodguy2
