[SOLVED] SFC und DISM couldnt repair Files

Hello i have a windows 2019 Terminalserver Environment (1 Seassonbroker and 3 Hosts). The complete System is running slow since about 01.02.2024. The hosts didnt show any failures with SFC or dism, but on the Broker SFC found corrupt Files and can't repair them und Dism needs a source. I tried the Windwos Iso ("E:\sources\install.wim" and "E:\sources\sxs"). in the CBS Log there is a Problem with the TS Licensing package i think. Can anyone help me?

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

thank you for your help, the Dism has successfully completed, but in the SFCfix were a few errors.

The error in the SFCFix.txt file can be ignored. Please run the System File Checker as well and post the result.
