SFC unable to repair corrupted file

The computer is an HP Pavilion P6520Y. I'm running into this same problem that many have encountered. I'm posting the cbs file and sfcfix results as well. Thank you for your help.

I ran the SURT and then ran SFC again. It reported corrupt files and fixed them. Looks like all is good now. Thank you to all those who viewed it. You can close this post.
