I have already done the chkdsk command before this. It would be greatly appreaciated if someone could assist me! I've attached the log files I believe are needed: SFCdetails.txt the DSIM log (from the SFCfix.exe; the program was unable to fix anything--it came up with error 1117 and couldn't operate due to "an I/O device error") the CBS.zip folder the folder was too large (12mb); if it is necessary for me to upload it then I absolutely will Thank you so much! I would like to see the results: Download ListChkdskResult.exe (by SleepyDude) from Here Double click on it to run it. It will take a few seconds to scan, then it will open a Notepad window with the log. Copy and paste the contents of this into your next post

Follow these instructions: Download Speccy Portable here: https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download/portable Right-click the ZIP file and click Extract all. Click Next. Open up the extracted folder and double-click on Speccy. Click File -> Publish Snapshot. Click Yes, then click Copy to Clipboard. Right click in your reply, then choose paste.
