Sfc /scannow with errores

Hi:

Microsoft support has close my case bease this commands has finish with errores and is out off support.

He said to do an in place upgrade, but I have 6 servers with the same problem. Any suggestion?

I have try a lot of commands:

Method 1:
sfc /scannow .
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth
2. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess
Method 3:
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old Para hacer esto siga estos commandos:
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
Method 4:
Dism /online /get-packages /format:table > patches.txt
DISM.exe /Online /Remove-Package /PackageNameackage_for_KB3012235~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.3.2.
