sfc /scannow unable to fix corrupt files + Error 87 on DISM + SURT with no positive result + SDCFix not able to solve them all

Hello fellas, here's my current situation. It's not critical, but it's been like this for a long time already and this new attempt to fix it didn't work.

Samsung NP- RC-512 SO2US - Windows 7 v6.1.7601 - Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.150525-0603) - amd64 bits

Steps:
* Automatic Update System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [October 2014] from WindowsUpdate
Installation date: ‎18/‎04/‎2020 10:15 a.m.
Installation status: Successful
Update type: Important
This tool is being offered because an inconsistency was found in the Windows servicing store which may prevent the successful installation of future updates, service packs, and software. This tool checks your computer for such inconsistencies and tries to resolve issues if found.

* Reboot


* Run sfc/scannow
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.
The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot.

* Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Complete


* CBS folder was updated


* Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

ChkDsk Scan
  • Click on Start - All programs - Accessories.
  • Rightclick on Command-prompt and select Run as administrator.
  • When command prompt opens, typ chkdsk into it, then press enter.
  • Wait for this to complete.
  • Download ListChkdskResult.exe by SleepyDude and save it on your desktop.
  • Rightclick

    ListChkdskResult.exe and select Run as administrator. Notepad will open the file ListChkdskResult.txt on completion. (The file ListChkdskResult.txt can be found on your desktop.)
