SFC /scannow reports 2 files which it can not repair.

I've tried SFC several times, including running it from Windows Installation DVD, but never fixes these two files. Reports that hash checksum is incorrect in main file and the backup file. Had a spot of bother with long boot times just before on the laptop but a chkdsk /r seemed to fix it.
