[SOLVED] sfc / scannow now stops at 51% complete

The sfc scan cannot completely perform the requested operation. I ran disk tests and also ran for drive errors and bad sectors but all the tests can back clean , I believe the problem is in the directory not being access properly. the $temp delete folder c/windws/winsxs thing i notice that when I refresh my computer with the cmd tree command sometimes the directories get hard to access from the sfc scan here is a log.

Good morning forum I am happy to report that the issue is solved. I tried to do a system restore to a earlier point to see if that would fix the issues, but to no avail and while dealing with the system restore I found out that the restore had issues to .I fixed the system restore by re-registering the dll"s and that fixed the system restore problem, and then I ran the sysnative sfx.exe and found that it completed it's scan (finally) and it found and fixed 9 files. Then ran the sfc /scannow and it completed it's scan with no issues. I ran two more sfc scans just to make sure everything was green and clean and the scan reports that it is all good. Thanks again for your time and the willingness to help when needed.
