SFC scannow not working, neither does DISM nor SFCFIX

Hello! I've been having an issue with my Windows 11 Pro install for the past 24h. Start menu won't open, neither does MS Edge and other random apps.
I have my updates to date so that's not a problem

Tried "sfc /scannow" as admin in CMD, in safe mode and in Windows PE, always getting "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."
Tried DISM, initially it was complaining about not having access to the temporary file (althought that was not the case). I have fully removed DISM folder from system32 then pasted it from a Windows 11 image and now it gets to 14.7% then Errors out with " The specified buffer contains ill-formed data."

Also tried SFCFIX, Stage 1 didn't work, but the rest of them almost did (at stage 6 it crashed and now it does nothing but crashing upon opening).

I have uploaded the logs for CBS, DISM and SFCFIX as attachements here to keep it clean.

There are 16 CBS Manifest corruptions.

To be honest, you are my last hope. I tried more stuff than what I mentioned but there's no sense in making this post any longer.
