I reverted back to the older graphics card driver and fixed that. Just today Internet explorer 11 wouldn't open (I always use chrome so I don't know how long this has been broken). I did a SFC and I got the error that I had corrupt files but unable to fix them. I haven't tried any system repaid. My log is attached. Any help much appreciated. It probably isn't the cause of your problems. However, because of the fact this corruption occurs so much, I have put together a tutorial on fixing it - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...prncacla-inf-corruptions-windows-8-8-1-a.html Stephen

If it doesn't work: 1) create a system restore point 2) control panel, programs, turn Windows features on or off, untick completely msie11, click ok (restart if it tells you to do it) 3) re-enable msie11 Keep us informed.
